This 6BR, 3.5BA is very spacious and well stocked with plenty of places for hanging out, relaxing, playing a game, having a conversation, and checking up on emails. Everyone will have a space to have their own vacation experience. Just 10 minutes (traffic depending) from the beaches of Emerald Isle, within walking distance to amazing restaurants featuring local seafood, live entertainment, shopping or just enjoying the view. Mattocks House is situated on the waterfront of downtown Swansboro and offers boaters a day dock (max 28 ft boat) with the boat ramp under a mile away.

First Floor: The main entry door on the waterfront will lead you into the kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating for everyone in your group. Just behind the kitchen are Bedrooms 1 & 2. There is also a bonus room with storage, a second full refrigerator, a card table, and an industrial/restaurant ice maker. Additionally, features a full bath and laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. 2 outdoor picnic tables on the covered deck for serving meals or just hanging out.
Second Floor: Features an entrance to Front Street and offers all the main living areas, great for entertaining your friends and family. 2 living rooms, and an entertainment room with full fridges, a wet bar, a card table, and games. Bedroom 3/office is just across the hall with a sleeper sofa, half bath and desk with chair.
Third Floor: Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6. The master bedroom (bedroom 5) features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and dual shower heads in a beautiful custom tile shower. Additional storage in the hall for clothing.
