This unique place has a style all its own. Discover West Virgina charm while still being surrounded in a modern, stylish atmosphere. Ideally located just a short drive from Downtown Morgantown, WVU, both hospitals and everywhere you want to visit during your stay. If business is what brings you here, there's a designated workspace in the apartment just for you. Everything you need is right here. Top your day off by visiting one of the local bars or restaurants right up the road. A few of my favorites include Mario's FIshbowl for a real local feel or if you're wanting something a little more upscale try The Wine Bar at Vintner Valley.
The apartment is located on the 2nd level, so you will need to go up a flight of stairs to get to it.
Also, of note, the dumpster is located at the bottom of the property, to the right of the Dog Park. This is where we ask that you dispose of all trash.
Located in the Suncrest area of Morgantown, this is the prime location. Close to everywhere you want to be yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of cool local bars and restaurants right up the street, Suncrest Town Center & University Town Center are 5 minutes away (Shopping & dining areas). Both WVU downtown campus & Evansdale campus within 5 minutes, The Coliseum & Mountaineer Field within 5 minutes. Plenty of parking available at no extra charge. If you are a wine lover, check out Slight Indulgence, a little wine/specialty shop right up the street. They even have coffee and macaroons!
The "key" access is an app called August. Once you book, you will receive instructions on how to set it up & you'll receive an invitation to the Airbnb address. Once you download the app & set up an account, you will see the invitation there for this address. Then, once you arrive at the front door and open the app, you'll see a red circle indicating the door is locked. Tap the red circle and it will turn green and unlock the door. It's pretty slick. If you feel you may have trouble with this, please let us know and we can leave a physical key for you instead.
