This is an air mattress apartment. This is a vacant apartment unit that we have. We have to blow up mattresses, pillows, sheets, and blankets. There is a kitchen (not stocked with utensils) with frig & stove available to use. There is a full bathroom and shower. Towels & toiletries are not provided. The point of this place is to give you a cheap place to stay while here.

The Space:
This is a duplex. You have 2 bedrooms and one bathroom completely to yourself. You do have a neighbor so please be respectful of your neighbors by not being loud or smoking inside.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt dot com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
