A complimentary boat slip is included in the rental cost for rentals from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but require a 6-night minimum checking in on a Saturday or Sunday. Boat owner must check in with Antler's Resort and sign release of liability and agreement. Includes in water boat gas dock, trailer storage parking spot, marina, BBQ area, in water and on land store.
FIRST FLOOR: Large living room with vaulted ceilings and round log beams. Two 9' wide sliding glass doors opening up on an impressive deck extending from the living room. The deck is half covered in shade, and half in the sun (full shade in afternoon) and wraps around to a private deck to one of the downstairs bedrooms. There is space for BBQ's, eating, or just lounging around with friends and family. Includes some play toys for kids. Dining area (with 1 high chair) next to the living room with a wood stove. 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry room with large capacity washer, dryer, and stand up freezer. 2 bedrooms: 1 Queen & 1 Full with 1 twin and closet full of toys. Kitchen has ample countertop space, automatic ice maker, and plenty of equipment for all your cooking, grilling and baking needs (includes blender, coffee pot, crock pot, waffle makers, etc).
SECOND FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an Full sized futon in the loft: 1 King Master with private deck, table and chairs. 1 Queen. 1 queen with crib, toddler bed and changing table. 1 Full sized futon in loft (non-private). It is VERY KID FRIENDLY equipped with crib, toddler bed, changing table, high chairs, and water toys for your use. The deck and top floor are secured with latchable gates as well for added security (just be mindful of older kids leaving latched gates open putting younger children at risk, and educate accordingly). There is covered parking for at least 4 vehicles, and space for boats, and boat trailers. The house is conveniently minutes from two separate boat ramps and is right next to Doney Creek, a serene and calm, no wake cove that is ideal for anchoring or mooring a boat when the lake is up. The house is located on the Sacramento arm of Lake Shasta and is less than 5 minutes from I-5. There are numerous local eateries, bars, cafe's, gas stations, and a full service grocery store. Antler's and Sugarloaf resorts are just down the street. This is the perfect private place for an event such as a vacation, family reunion, or a secluded getaway. We hope you enjoy our home.
