Enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 100 plus feet of direct river access right out your front door! Tube rental and shuttle service is provided next door. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river and be returned to the property. This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall. If you are a lover of antiques, the home is less than 10 minutes from Gruene, which provide antique shops as well as many unique shops where artisans sell their wares. The home is also close to many great restaurants as well as several outlet malls. If you get tired of playing in the river, 'schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.
