Summary: I cannot begin to explain how amazing the host of this property is. My family was dealing with a leak under our house which resulted of my family of 9 being left without water for well over a week. I have NEVER felt so welcomed and cared for by a host through Vrbo. Very responsive, understanding, caring, and truly wanting to help from the bottom of their hearts. To the extent of driving an hour just to fix the television after telling them it was no worries at all. Jaclyn and her husband are amazing and have made this stressful situation a million times better. Dealing with all of this so close to the holidays, we are blessed to have found this Vrbo with these hosts. Thank you thank you thank you from me and my family. Y’all have the happiest of holidays!
