The Space:
Relax and unwind in this sleek open-plan space, with floor-to ceiling windows and a private balcony directly on the ocean. There is an over-sized L-shaped sofa in the living area, and a decorative LED fireplace. The thoughtfully designed 2 bedroom space includes a full kitchen, dining table for 4, two desks, and ample seating throughout.
Our well-equipped, open kitchen provided modern appliances, including a fridge with icemaker, coffee machine, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and all the essentials you need.
Bedroom 1 (King) offers an on-the-water experience as you have windows on 3 walls, and mirrors on the closet. If you love the sound of the ocean, you'll adore this bedroom. There is a new KING bed, LED fireplace, Smart TV, and a small desk.
The primary bedroom has a pristine bathroom with rainfall shower over tub. Essential toiletries, and lots of fluffy towels are provided for your convenience.
Bedroom 2 offers a serene ambiance with two twin-size beds (that can be converted into a King upon request), a large closet and shelving for your belongings. This bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a stall shower.
Guest Access:
There is a smart lock on the door so you can check in on your own.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is a nice, walkable residential part of Ocean Beach. It is on cliffs, so is not as crowded as are the areas right on the beach. All the restaurants, cafes and shopping are a 12 minute walk just to the north and the closest beach access is another 10 minutes beyond that.
Getting Around:
Walking is a great option for coffee and dining. Old town San Diego, Balboa park, and the airport are 15-25 minutes drive.
Overnight Street parking is legal and is generally available within a block or two of the building
