PARKING: Driveway (4 compact vehicles, 3 large vehicles) Do not park under carport.

Access to whole house / property except locked storage areas and upper deck of boat house.
Other things to note
Property Information:
Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Life jackets available.
No diving. Swim on the left side of the boathouse. It is shallow and has a nice sandy bottom.

You are welcome to bring your personal boat or jet ski; there is a free neighborhood boat ramp located one house over from us. The boat lift is unavailable for use.

The Cozy Cove House is on a septic system. Please be mindful of this and only flush toilet paper (no tampons or other feminine hygiene products or wipes).

This is a non-smoking / vaping residence.
We do have very nice neighbors, so please wind things down by 11 PM.
