There are noise detectors and security cameras on the property. If parties are detected, you will be responsible for extra fees and the police will be called to vacate the home.
Primary Renter: Must be at least 18 years old and stay at the property during the entire reservation.
Quiet Hours: As required by Clark County:
Weekends: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
Weekdays: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Pool use is not allowed during these times.
Security & Monitoring: Exterior security cameras and noise monitors are in place as required by local ordinance. Disabling them is not allowed. There are no cameras inside the house.
Pets: Only dogs are allowed. If any other kind of pet is brought in it must be approved by the owner before booking. Feel free to reach out with a message to confirm. An additional $150 fee will be added to your booking. Extra cleaning and penalty fees will be applied if these rules are not followed.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside.
Maintenance Access: Our landscaper visits once per month on a Sunday, and our pool technician comes on Wednesdays. They may access the front/backyard without prior notice.
Emergency Access: Hosts or vendors may need access for repairs or emergencies.
Cancellations: Refer to our policy for refund timelines. No refunds for early departures or unexpected issues like weather or power outages.
Travel Insurance Recommended: We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
