The home is on 7 wooded acres with mature pecan trees.
We are also only 5 minutes to the nearest boat ramp on Lake Waco and just 15 minutes away from local golf courses, general shopping, downtown Waco, The Silos & Baylor University.
RV hook up available for additional fee with water and electric provided. No dump station.
Guest have access to the entire home except for one locked closet.
Blow up mattress can be provided upon request.
