Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The place was clean and not run down at all, and the rental was easy to manage. Great shower pressure (one of the things that actually matters to me). Coffee/creamer/coffee maker provided was helpful and appreciated, as was shampoo. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Negative: Could be my mistake but I had thought it was a house rather than one of several units more like an apartment complex. I was surprised there was no silverware. The mattress was adequate but not top end. But these are minor notes, which is why I still give a high rating.

Summary: I would gladly recommend it to others looking for a rental on a quiet street near campus.
