• When there is no one home, pets should be placed in a crate, unless the fur family member is well behaved.
• Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the backyard.
• It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide details regarding your pet's size and breed through a message. This allows our cleaning team to adequately prepare the accommodations for the next guests.
We understand that accidents can happen, and to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pet owners take precautions to prevent any damages. Unfortunately, in a recent incident, we had a pet inadvertently damage a window. We kindly urge all pet owners to take measures to prevent future damages. If, despite best efforts, any damages do occur, the responsible party will be kindly requested to cover the repair or replacement costs. We believe in maintaining a welcoming environment for all, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
