As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our modern and recently renovated home. The living area features a convertible sofa, perfect for lounging or sleeping a single adult or small child. The flat-screen TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, ready for you to log into your own streaming services.
Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and cooking essentials. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. There's also a combo washer/dryer unit. (Please note that this is a non-vented dryer that may leave clothes steamy at the end of a normal cycle. We also provide a drying rack for anything that needs some extra air drying! We are 1.5 blocks from a laundromat if you have a large load.)
The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, soft linens, plush pillows, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We are 5 blocks from two dog-friendly parks. We're happy to connect you with our next door neighbor who offers dogsitting services in a fenced yard if your pet needs more room to run around.
