Perfectly situated, we are just a short drive to the Russian River and Steelhead Beach, known as the starting point for unforgettable river adventures. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Forestville, you’ll discover charming local stores, restaurants, bakeries and artisan ice cream shops. Venture a little further—15-20 minutes—and you’ll find yourself in the vibrant hubs of Guerneville and Healdsburg, where additional cafes, shops, and culinary delights await. There is plenty of seating at the 6-person dining table and kitchen island. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom holds two twin beds and plenty of storage space in the closet and dresser.

Across the patio and detached from the main house is a small guest cabin which is shown as a "Game Room" in the pictures. The space offers a TV which can be hooked up to a gaming console as well as a half bath.

On the patio you will find a luxurious hot tub that fits up to 5 people, perfect for unwinding at the end of a day. A large umbrella stands next to the hot tub to protect against sun and rain. Outside you will also find a propane fire pit with seats all around and several tables and sitting areas scattered about. Around the back of the house, there is a hammock, perfect for an afternoon nap or quiet moments of reflection. The premises is fully fenced.
