Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
Early check-in (1 PM) and/or late check-out (12 PM) may be available for an additional $120 fee.
The Neighborhood:
All neighbors homes are very close. Please adhere to our house rules and the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy. Any fines issued for disturbances will be passed to the guests.
