Our cottage is located on 102 acres in the country north of Whitesboro. We are 30 minutes from Winstar, 15 minutes from Lake Texoma, and 20 minutes from Megastar and Gainesville. 30 minutes to Sherman. We are 8 minutes from Deschain winery. We are also close to numerous horse ranches and have room for trailers. This is an efficiency cottage in a relaxed country setting. We have plenty of room for parking any lake toys. We do not allow any types of animals as this is a working farm. This property is not suitable for children. We live on the property. WiFi is available.
We are in the country so we share our space with animals. You may see birds, cattle, skunks, deer, squirrels, spiders, bugs, etc.
We do live on the property but you have the guesthouse to yourself. This is a studio layout. There is a queen size bed and smart tv.
