This beautifully decorated, modern house lies in a central location in SV with an easy 30 min-drive either way to: Bisbee/Tombstone towards East or Elgin/Sonoita Wine Country towards West.
The house is only mins away from main shopping areas and restaurants in town and 7 mi away from the Fort Huachuca's main gate.
The property is 100% NON-SMOKING and PET-FREE.
This stunning house is nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is managed by a reputable HOA and is conveniently located in Sierra Vista with nearby Fort Huachuca and tourist attractions such as Sonoita, Bisbee, and Tombstone.
I try to put lots of character into my house using ergonomic and beautiful sets of furniture and décor. Please be respectful of the property and things inside the house.
The house gets professionally cleaned with strict cleaning guidelines each time guests check out.
The community complex is within 5-min walking distance. This facility is 100% free of use for all my guests. There are two pools, hot tub, gym, volleyball court, and park with BBQ grills. Please do utilize this fantastic facility during the sunny Arizona weather.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.
This property is a 100% NON-SMOKING (both inside/outside) and PET-FREE house to ensure utmost cleanliness. Any guest in violation of the smoking/pet policy will be charged $350 for deep cleaning the house.
The Neighborhood:
Del Pueblo Country club is 2 miles away from the house.
Main shopping center/ restaurants are 4 miles away from the house.
Fort Huachuca main entrance is 7 miles away from the house.
Ramsey Canyon and Miller Peak are close from the house and one can go for short/long trail adventures/hike.
Bisbee/Tombstone is a 30 min-drive from the house and easily within reach for a day trip to go enjoy historic sites and artsy areas.
Kartchner Caverns State Park, which is one of the best attractions in Arizona, is only 30 minutes away from the house. You take HWY 90 which also leads you to Sonoita/Elgin Wine Country.
The Wine Country (Sonoita/Elgin) is a 35-min, easy drive from the house. It is not too far from Kartchner Caverns State Park, so you can plan the same day trip to both attractions.
Chiricahua National Monument is 84 miles away from the house. That is less than a two-hour drive!
Guest Access:
We store a clean and sturdy pack n' play portable crib along with a highchair in the house. I know it can be challenging when traveling with small babies due to so many things to pack. To relieve burden on my guests, I have prepared this crib and the highchair for you. It is two less things to worry about :) Let us know that you'd like to use them, and we will have them set up for your family.
Pleas feel free to use the full-size washing and dry machine to wash any dirty laundry.
Help yourself with unlimited coffee and start the day right. I stock up 100% Colombian premium coffee for my guests.
There are three queen floor mattresses that you can use, if need be. These can be placed in any of the three bedrooms. These floor mattresses are high quality and very comfortable.
The heated pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court, and play ground are 5 mins walking distance at the community center. The lap pool is heated and 5" deep. There is also a shallow, kids pool next to the lap pool. Please go out there and enjoy them with the year-round sunny weather in Sierra Vista!
There is a 2 mile trail (back and forth) right behind the house. The trail starts right around the corner from my house and there are various desert vegetations along the trail. Enjoy your morning walk or evening stroll and feel refresh and relaxed.
