The apartment is approximately 1,500 square feet. It is located above an 8 car garage/carport. Both bedrooms have large closets with built in desks and drawers. Both bedrooms have their own vanities, but share a large bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. It is very private and safe; we lease it out to an older lady November-April.
Located on 13 beautiful wooded acres. There is a large pond with a dock for relaxing. There are 3 horses which you see from the balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet, but many neighbors get out and walk so it’s sociable.
We live on the property with a large family; you will likely see us coming or going or working in the yard. We are available for questions or to talk, but we mostly just let you have your space.
Close to Magnolia, Tomball and The Woodlands. It’s just 5 minutes off hwy 249. It’s less than 15 minutes to Lone Star College and a public library.
This is ideal for someone wanting a peaceful place to stay while working in the area. It is also an ideal mother-in-law for those who want an aging parent close, but not too close. This is not ideal for gatherings, but occasional day time guests are welcome.
