There are no quiet hours, our loft is above a bar and event space, but the noise is almost always gone by midnight, we provide earplugs by the beds. The only access is stairs, so you get to skip the stair master for the time you are here! 😃 The property is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space. AND It's right in the middle of some of our greatest locally-owned restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, and coffee shops in Joplin. The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, also.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all you will need! You also need to know that there are a lot of stairs. And NO quiet hours. The business is below usually are closed around midnight. So it’s not loud after that generally. We do provide earplugs 😊
