Step into our beach home, furnished in beautiful tropical decor where the view of the beach will take your breath away. Plus our open floor plan & 10 ft ceilings allow for a panoramic vista of the 'world's most beautiful beach from every square foot of our first floor. The newly renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas range & quartz countertops. The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. We provide both colorful fiesta ware dishes for that special celebration and melamine if you would rather be beach casual. It is a fully equipped kitchen for those whose relaxation & enjoyment includes cooking.
Our living room has ample seating for watching the flat screen tv with its dvd or the tide roll in. The sofa also converts to a queen bed for first floor sleeping. For added convenience we have a half bath on this level.
Our very large patio offers a peaceful view for your morning coffee, a wonderful place to gather for lunch or dinner and a fantastic view of the sunsets. Don't forget your camera! From the private patio you are just steps away from the surf & sand. If you prefer you can just relax in a chaise and listen to the waves and the seagulls while watching for dolphins. Direct access to the beach makes our townhouse unbeatable! The charcoal weber grill is perfect for barbecuing while not missing a sunset. Now this is what coming to the beach is all about! The second floor houses 3 bedrooms. and each has a TV. The spacious master suite provides a comfortable king bed and a gorgeous view of the sugar white sands and the rolling waves. It boasts a large walk-in closet plus black-out curtains to keep the room dark so you may sleep in (you are on vacation after all). The master bath has a double sink vanity with quartz countertop & jetted-tub for soaking off that suntan lotion as well as a separate walk-in shower.
The bunk room, a kids paradise, has 2 new sets of bunk beds with a staircase that makes it feasible for adults to safely venture to the top bunk. The stairs themselves provide drawers as does the unique built-in closet which is now an entertainment center.
The 3rd bedroom has another king size bed.. This floor also offers a full sized washer & dryer in its own closet and out of your way. Even in this area you will find lots of the extras you need even down to the laundry supplies. We have tried to think of everything. The guest bath is conveniently located here and has a tub/shower combination.
Within walking distance of your front door you can reach many fantastic restaurants and cafes, bowling, mini-golf & beach memorabilia shops, walmart & publix grocery are with 1 1/2 miles.
Jet ski, parasailing and other water sports can be rented on the beach right outside our door, but first you must leave the patio and be willing to wiggle your toes on the white powdery sand.
We provide large colorful beach towels for adults and also some very special ones for the children. Please explore the garage with the whole family where you will find all sorts of fun beach toys, rafts, tubes, boogie boards, skin boards and beach balls. Of course you will also find the beach chairs here.
For the very special baby beach-goers we provide a pak n play plus the linens, a bumbo, a high chair and some other baby items.
