A whole home Air Scurbber Plus UV air purifier (ozone free model) is installed in duct-work to help keep the home clean & germ-free.
The space:
Main bedroom is perfect for couples & is equipped with a queen size bed. The Entertainment area in the basement includes a smart-TV as well as a pull-out couch that converts to a full size bed. The loft above kitchen is converted to a bedroom & also has a queen size bed & individual window ac unit to help with summer heat.
Kitchen includes cooking pots and pans and electric stove and oven. Kitchen is equipped with mostly all the cooking utensils you'd need, as well as utensils for grill use!
Bathroom located on main level is equipped with toilet paper and bath towels for guest use if desired.
Guest access:
All rooms except locked utility room are all for guest use, the couch in the basement pulls out to a full size bed!
We also have two other queen size beds, one in the loft and one in the main bedroom.
Extra linens are located in room cupboard. Extra towels are located in bathroom. Hampers are located in laundry room to dispose of dirty linens and towels when done using.
The front porch is a great place to relax. The small chiminea and gas grill there are also for guest use. The fire pit across from house, woods around house and garden are all part of the lot that the cabin sits on and are great for exploring!
There are also plenty of board games & activities in the family room and dvds in the basement.

Other things to note,
The house is pet friendly! Please just be sure keep eye out for wildlife outside.

Home is located less than 15 minutes away from NGIC gov't facility & Martha Jefferson & UVA Hospitals.

There is a full RV hookup spot on the acreage that may be occupied by the hosts during your stay, which is generously separated from the cabin.
