Summary: Definitely a low-level extended stay. Property is in a tough somewhat run-down area that is in the process of being renewed. Trash around, stairwells, messy, room floors sticky, bed poor squeaking every time you move, no place to hang clothes, old furniture, etc... Now I am not so picky but no way I would stay there with my wife.
