The heater could not be set higher than 65, which would not have been issue if there were adequate bedding. Value for the ptice was ok.

Summary: I stayed here from Nov 21, 2025- Jan 18, 2026. I feel that this can be ok if you are inbetween homes but not very suitable for long term. Pros: The staff is great and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There is a full sized fridge, microwave, and stovetop. It's in walking distance to Arizona Mills Mall. They recently installed cameras. Cons: The place is BADLY in need of renovation. The floorboards, kitchen flooring, and kitchen cabinets all need to be redone. There are definitely roaches for sure. If they fill in the cracks that my help to keep the roaches out. One night, we were in bed and security knocked on the door to do a mandatory security check. That's kinda scary to do at night, especially if you are a woman alone. The bathroom sink was VERY clogged. My husband opened up the pipe as we didn't want anyone in our room and he does this for a living. There was change in there and thick black buildup. The rooms book fast so you MUST reserve in advance or otherwise, you will have to packup everything and go, no matter how long you have been there. The prices fluctuate ALOT. One night, i saw a 1 queen bed room was on here for $233 for a Saturday! This place is definitely not up to par to be able to charge that amount for one day. Bring your own towels and bedding unless you have no choice. Internet isn't good. I was told that the place is under new ownership. The new owner DEFINITELY need to fix this place up. It doesn't need to be luxury but at least make it decent.

Summary: Front desk is not helpful at all. Been there multiple weekends in the last few months. It started out good, but slowly the service diminished. Ive had multiple problems with the tv. Tv didnt work on new years and they never came by to fix it and was told they would come by the the following day and never did. Another time the cable didnt work and went up front and ask for another room considering they didn't do anything last time and i got an " i dont care" attitude from the front desk when i broght up the first time having an issue. Keys, the desk person doesnt know how to program. I always have to get reprogrammed the next day. First time i came in and reprogrammed it the same front desks person humiliated me in front of a new worker. Making me answer 10 to 15 questions because i left my id in the car. I understand a couple questions but come on. I finally got tired of her patronizing me and said " fine enough questions, ill get my id for you, with all my bags in hand.. She looked at the new hire and said " we like to have fun with the customers ". I was mad at the time, not having fun. Again, thos has accumulated for over tha last couple of month. I think its time to change different motels.
