The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood located in Phoenix with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
For guest safety, there is a security camera at the front door and another facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
The property is equipped with exterior noise monitors. These do not record audio, but simply measure decibel levels to help ensure compliance with local regulations and prevent parties.
To turn on pool lights - In the fence where the pool pump is, on the east side is a box with two switches. One says pool light.
Pet policy:
This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.
All Phoenix city ordinances apply during your stay, including those related to noise and occupancy.
The landscaping and pool are serviced 1–2 times per week. While we do our best to minimize disruption, we cannot guarantee the exact day or time they may arrive.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy
Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
