The Space:
This apartment is located on the left side of the home as you're facing the house, with the entrance nearest the driveway. The front porch has a private entrance with a keycode to access the home. You'll be welcomed into the home in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and large SmartTV! From here, you will be able to access the rest of the home! The kitchen and dining area is straight ahead, which is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a cozy dinette.
There is a queen bed in both bedrooms and they share a hallway full bathroom. The backyard is spacious with a charcoal grill available for use!
Free wifi, pet friendly with fee. This home is part of a historic duplex, and the front unit is rented separately.
Guest Access:
Guests will access the home with a digital keypad. Guests will have full and private access to the home. The front porch and exterior spaces are shared.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the heart of uptown Columbus, while many homes have been completely renovated and restored, there are several homes on the block that are still awaiting loving owners to bring them back to their full beautiful potential. We are located about 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus, and .4 miles directly east of the Coca Cola Space Science Center, and .8 miles south of the Riverwalk.
Getting Around:
Our home is walkable to multiple areas of Columbus, and Uber and Lyft are readily in available in the area. If you choose to drive, there are two parking spots available on-site.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
