Summary: Hotel is very clean, location is okay, affordable for location. The hotel staff are kind especially the evening manager. Not enough parking space if hotel is fully booked, no street parking either. Continental breakfast choices is not impressive but the coffee machine options are great. Dated furnishings but in working order, the heater is loud. I had the misfortune of being in the lower level room and there is absolutely no sound proofing. All the upstairs noise is amplified. Bring ear plugs.
