Your private back yard has a sparkling Pool and jacuzzi, a covered patio area that includes: outdoor speakers and seating table so you can relax while enjoying your favorite drink and watching friends swim! (or enjoying that morning cup of coffee). The outdoor table seats 6 people so you can enjoy your meals inside or out! There are plenty of lounge chairs to seat around the pool. In the evening the automated lighting system illuminates making the pool and yard very peaceful and serene. Maricopa is just outside of Phoenix so you are never far from it all; museums, galleries, downtown Scottsdale, hundreds of golf courses, shopping, zoo, amusement park and race track. This home is walking distance to the newly opened Copper Sky Recreational Park, which is fun for the entire family! There are pools, outdoor stocked fishing lakes, walking paths, workout facilities etc etc etc... Also, just down the road is the UltraStar Multi-entertainment Center! Here there are movie theatres, lazer park, restaurants and lots of activities!!! One of Arizona's largest casinos Harrah's is just "a" min. drive away!!!
