THINGS TO KNOW
You will have access to all three recreation centers in Sea Ranch. The recreation centers are Del Mar (north), Moonraker (south), and Ohlson (midway). Del Mar has a large heated outdoor pool, two tennis courts, and saunas. Moonraker has a small heated outdoor pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and saunas. Ohlson has a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, three tennis courts, a half-basketball court, and a volleyball court. The amenities pass is attached to the parking pass you will receive at check-in. It only allows for six guests at a time. If you have more than six guests in the party and everyone wants to use the amenities at the same time, you will need to purchase a day pass from the HOA. They are $5/guest per day.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
