The approximately 250 sqm house has 4 (5) bedrooms (3 with king-size beds), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a comfortable, spacious living and dining area for 8-10 people. The heated pool and large terrace are surrounded by a pool cage. On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms with king-size beds – one with its own terrace. The house is equipped with fast wireless internet WiFi 250Mbit/s, a new 65-inch flat-screen TV (with an extended digital TV package of YoutubeTV) in the living area, and a second TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs have large king-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds.
