Built in 2016, this 4BR/3BA home also offers an open-concept floor plan with
two living areas and canal views. Fire up the grill in one of two large outdoor spaces.
LIVING AREA
The light-filled Great Room features a dazzling wall of windows as well as a smart TV.

Detailed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a four-person island, the sparkling full kitchen has all you need to create your favorite recipes.

BED & BATH
This home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the family room.
The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, one with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Two guest bathrooms are both configured with a tub/shower combination.
