OVERVIEW
Large, approx 2630 sq feet, private, four bedroom, two bath home only one half mile from First Beach on Stockton Lake and one third mile from public boat ramp. Tranquil Garden Escape is located in the residential neighborhood of Owl Haven Estates. Squeeze Inn (absolutely the BEST burgers around) is right out our side door. We are less than a mile from local grocery store and the nine hole golf course and we are just five miles from Orleans Marina where you can rent fishing boats or pontoons for a fun filled day on the lake. OK, so spring might still be a little cold to envision a Lake vacation, but it can be an awesome time reconnecting with the family, enjoying the cozy fireplace while playing games, just talking with loved ones or cuddled up with a good book. And who knows, with the crazy weather lately, it could just be as hot as the 4th of July!!! LOL 🤷♀️
SLEEPING
Four bedrooms, two with king beds, one with a full bed and one with a full bed and queen bed and a large, comfortable living
room with a hide-a-bed sofa and can also accommodate a queen floor mattress plus a queen air bed allowing sleeping area for up to 16 people. Extra linens, blankets and pillows all provided.
KITCHEN/DINING
Home also features large, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with table that seats six plus extra seating at counter height bar.
OUTSIDE
Situated on three lots, approx one half acre, we have three patio areas. The back patio has table for outside dining, BBQ grill, electric oil less deep fryer and small electric smoker. Small fenced in area for your fur babies (K9’s only, please). Additional unfenced yard for human play. Some outdoor games provided. Plenty of parking with additional area to park your boat.
LIVING ROOM
After a day of snow ball fights warm up with some hot chocolate around the cozy fire and play some indoor games or just recline in one of the seven recliners and watch the 65” curved TV which includes Direct TV (Choice Package) with HBO & STARZ channels along, Paramount +, sling TV, Disney + Up Faith & Family, among others. We also provide NBA League*, MLB Extra Innings* and NFL Sunday Ticket* so you will never miss those important (or not so important) games. We also provide a DVD Player and Wii game system. Living room is large with extra seating in addition to the seven recliners and, of course, there is always extra floor space!!

BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY
Main bathroom has walk-in shower. Second bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub and also houses full size washer and dryer. We provide laundry soap, dryer sheets, bleach and spot remover.
EXTRA INFO
This is our primary home so is very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and you are welcome to use anything in all cabinets, pantry, fridge and freezer. We do leave it there for your use.
When our home is booked, we leave town and take our own mini vacations but you can always reach us and we respond very quickly.
