Welcome to our 2400 sq foot modern desert home! Only 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Glendale, enjoy your relaxing home away from home! Featuring designer keyless entry security gate and front door, open floor plan with lots of natural light, custom lighting throughout, walk in closet in master, dual sinks in both full bathrooms, 1/2 bath, ceiling fans in every room, large kitchen with island & pantry, office, flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and great room, secure indoor/outdoor area with workout equipment and flat screen TV. Spacious back yard features heated pool and hot tub with TV, ping pong table, gazebo with propane fire pit, seating covered by electric retractable awning, multiple sets of outdoor furniture, 2 additional fire pits in back yard, putting green, outdoor built in gas barbecue grill, outdoor bar with TV, and several umbrellas for shade. All 8 TV's are smart TV's for streaming and casting, as well as cable (Cox) included.
Flood lights give light for using the back yard at night. Also available is a projector that can be used for an out door movie night!
Home is about 20 minutes from Arizona Cardinals stadium (State Farm Field).
To heat pool is an extra $50 a day.
Two extra guests may be accommodated (Air Mattresses) for $35 extra per person per day, and must be arranged and approved ahead of time. Renters are responsible for any and all damages.
We also use this as a vacation home, so there are some storage areas and the garage marked private. The master walk in closet has space cleared for your clothes.
