Relax in this 2 bedroom apt. with an extra vanity, one full bath, laundry room with a full size washer dryer, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of space (just under 900 sqft.) private outdoor patio. Located 12 miles from St. George, 3 miles from Sand Hollow State Park and sand dunes, 30 miles to Zion National Park. Quail Lake State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater close by. This is a downstairs apt with a private entrance. Owners on site and live upstairs (please be aware of possible noise from a family living upstairs) Bedroom one has a king bed, closet, love seat, two nightstands, dresser, with usb and plugins, and extra vanity, this bedroom has a vanity in it and is connected to the full bathroom. Bedroom two, has an additional king bed, love seat, lots of space. Laundry/food service area includes small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and simple dining bar. Outdoor area includes private patio with sitting area, also has access to a basketball/pickle-ball court with equipment provided, this court has lights and can be used from 7am to 10pm. Parking provided in front of the house, if you have a trailer, please contact owners for details. Parking must be off the street with access to the private entrance on a sloped concrete sidewalk. NO PETS, NO SMOKING on property of any kind.
