Nestled on the shores at the 18mm, this freshly updated property promises an unforgettable escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the ambiance and charming decor. The open-concept living area is designed to maximize natural light, allowing the natural beauty of the outdoors to seamlessly flow inside.
THE SPACE
3 bed, 3 bath FRESHLY updated home including updated kitchen and flooring throughout. Vaulted ceiling on the main level with unique lighting. Master bedroom has a king with its own full bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Full bath w tub/shower combo in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable and convenient. Screened in porch directly off the kitchen with overhead fan and additional access to the deck. Basement features a private bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. We sleep 8 in our beds but there is plenty of room for a air bed mattress (provided) if needed. All bedrooms and living areas have smart TVs for your convenience. Full bath and laundry on this level which also has a deck. Lakeside patio located down the stairs on the way to the dock
GUEST ACCESS
Front door code will be provided morning of check in. Check in is at 4pm Parking is free and in front of the GREY house and shed. DO NOT park in front of the blue and red garage - violators will be towed at their expense.
OTHER DETAILS
The property is located at the 18MM on the Main Channel close to many popular entertainment spots. There is a one slip boat dock with swimming access to the lake. Swim off the dock, especially if you like big waves! Floats and a lily pad are available. Life jackets and adult supervision are a must for young children. Please bring your own life jackets. The slip is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for any damages to rental boats, personal boats, personal water craft, etc. docked at this property. Any damages to the dock will be covered at guests expense.
Coffee pot, washer/dryer available. Please supply your own coffee/filters and laundry detergent.
