Arriving by boat? There’s a boat dock and bulkhead available, set sail and enjoy a day on the water! For those taking a land route, a large, paved driveway and carport welcomes multiple vehicles. Two outdoor showers and a half-bath make it easy to clean up after a day on the water and a fish cleaning table makes prepping your fresh catch for dinner a breeze.
Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level: a master queen features an extra single bed and an ensuite bath. A room with two queens and another with one queen bed share a jack-and-jill bath. Also on this level is a den featuring a pull-out queen sofa bed and a Smart TV. The final bedroom, a master king with ensuite bath and Smart TV is located on level two. Finally, a loft with a trundle bed can accommodate two more.
The multi-windowed main living area invites you to sit back and relax — if just for a while — before venturing out to start your day. The open floor plan is warm and welcoming with sea-blue tones and comfortable furnishings. The open chef’s kitchen features generous counter space, stainless-steel appliances, a separate beverage refrigerator and a four-stool breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee as you plan your day. The six-seat dining table offers a prime canal view and the living room area featuring a Smart TV offers just the right amount of space to enjoy each other’s company.
