MAIN LIVING SPACE: The grand gathering space is located on the second floor, and it’s enveloped with wrap-around windows and soaring beamed ceilings. Neutral tones and ocean blues provide a sophisticated yet comfortable area to relax, play games, watch movies, or enjoy a sporting event on the 65-inch Smart TV. With Lake Colby in the background, you can listen to your favorite music on the Sonos sound bar while preparing a delicious meal in the well-stocked kitchen, or if you prefer, a gas grill is always at the ready on the porch right off the kitchen. You can dine inside at a lovely, round dining table under the light of the rustic, French country, beaded chandelier or have a casual snack at the built-in bar.
The first floor living space is devoted to making your youngest guests feel right at home. In the recreation room with serene views of Lake Colby, the selection of games, puzzles, books, 65-inch Smart TV, Wii gaming system, and Apple TV are sure to please.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor bunkroom offers two sturdy bunks (four twin beds) for resting weary heads. A stylish, second bedroom downstairs offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom off the living area.
The upstairs houses two primary bedrooms, both with vaulted ceilings, king beds, and en-suite baths. The primary bedroom balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise as you sip morning coffee.

LegaSea is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering LegaSea the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
