Summary: No kitchen ,no view, clean room We are residents at baja mar and have always brought family to stay when they come visit. (8-10 times in this year) We called and let them know that my son would not make it down from LA in time for his day of a 2night stay, this was 2 days before the event, I knew we had just missed the cut off date for no fee on cancelation by 1 day and asked politely if they would allow us the courtesies of not charging, they refused. We love this place and it has never been over booked in a year since we have lived here. I called, went in person and contacted the hotel via hotels .com and got no response. I think exceptions can be made, whatever. We probably will get a rollaway for our home next time we have family staying over.
