Positive: The staff was the highlight of our stay. They were all super friendly and accommodated our every need. 24/7 laundry room availability was ideal since we would usually get back to the hotel late and would only have time to do laundry late at night. The second best thing were the beds. In the room we got, we had 2 queen size beds and they were super comfy. We made a weekend trip to Vegas and stayed in one of the supposedly more luxurious hotels, yet the beds were very stiff and we left having neck pain. The beds at Holiday Inn were 10x better.

Negative: More allergen-friendly options during breakfast. There was no dairy-free/lactose-free milk options. Although the chia puddings were made with soy milk so I was able to eat that. I'm just not sure why they couldn't have soy milk as an option if they were already using it for the chia pudding.

Summary: 9.5/10. Definitely recommend this place.
