The space

LIVING & DINING
The heart of the home is the upstairs great room, an open-concept space combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Expansive glass windows offer uninterrupted ocean views, and you can step onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
Relax on the cozy sofa for a movie night on the 65" Roku Smart TV. For music lovers, a Yamaha acoustic upright piano adds a creative touch. The dining table comfortably seats six, perfect for sharing meals with a stunning ocean backdrop.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home. It includes:
* Nespresso machine with pods, 4-slice toaster, and an Instant Pot
* Induction stove, oven, and dishwasher
* Full-size refrigerator, pots, pans, and essential cooking utensils
* Dinnerware for up to 12 guests, including children's dinnerware

* While tap water is perfectly drinkable, a Brita filter is provided for your convenience.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms for a restful stay. Three rooms offer comfortable king-sized beds, and two have queen-sized beds. Additional air mattresses are available on request.
Each bedroom includes nightstands with dimmable lighting, USB-A/C and standard power outlets, fresh linens, and ample closet space.
There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom features a bathtub, shower and a heated towel rack, while the downstairs bathroom offers a modern shower. We provide soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
WORK & PLAY
Stay connected with blazing-fast fiber gigabit Wi-Fi throughout the home. A dedicated workspace is available for your business or remote work needs.
Guests also have access to a Tempo smart home gym in the garage — ideal for guided workouts, yoga, or bodyweight exercises. Yoga mat and weights are provided.
NOTE: Please be gentle and ensure you do not drop weights on the floor.
ACCESS
You will have private access to the entire home. Self check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer, with detergent provided. You will also have access to a 50 Amp Level 2 Tesla charger EV charger in the driveway. Parking is easy, with space for multiple cars in the front yard plus free street parking.
SECURITY
For your security and ours, please note that there are exterior security cameras on the property. These are located at entrances and garage only. There are no cameras in the living areas.
