Lighten fast internet, 3 Smart TVs with all the streaming services. Very comfortable beds, most with memory foam toppers. Sleeps 10 with trundle twins and long comfortable sofa in living room.

(Not a basement, more like a du-plex) This is where my awesome property manager and his wife stay and they are ready to help you with any situation that may arise, and they are ok if you want to make some noise. But please rest assured, each unit is 100% private with its own entrance, secure locks, parking places, etc.
