Cute home in a small community that is 5 minutes to the town of New Boston and 20 minutes to Texarkana. Home has been recently renovated. Very clean house with new amenities being added soon. Only first floor (with the master bedroom, living, kitchen, dining, garage and 2 bath rooms) is available for rent. The upstairs bedrooms are currently unfurnished and not for rent. We will update listing once they are furnished and available. Smart TV in Master bedroom only. No cable. Laundromat located nearby, not on premises. Pets must be approved prior to booking. $50 pet cleaning fee. Note: It is illegal to falsely claim a pet is a service animal. Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and never left unattended. Please clean up all pet hair and pet waste from inside and outside of property before departing or additional cleaning fees will be required. No pets allowed on carpeted, second floor. Only well behaved pets accepted and all dogs must be crated if left inside when guests are not home. Ring camera at front door records video and audio. No parties. No unregistered guests or reservations will be cancelled with no refunds.
