This newly updated home was remodeled and decorated by an interior designer and is gorgeous! New Flooring, New Kitchen, New Baths, New Furniture & more! Master Bedroom: King Bed; Bedroom2: Queen Bed; Bedroom3: 2 Full Beds. All bedrooms have desks w/chairs. GreatRoom w/TV, Large Sectional Sofa & Cozy Gas Fireplace. Dining Table seats eight people. Kitchen is stunning & fully stocked; Kitchen island seats two. Outdoors has a covered deck that offers panoramic views of pine, oak, and aspen trees w/a majestic backdrop of the mountains. Outdoor dining offers dining table w/seating for 8 & 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a 2-car garage for guests to use (overnight parking on the street is NOT allowed). NOTE: There are stairs to access the home - please see picture).
Guests have full access to the 2,000 sqft home. 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Note7: While the property is very clean, the property owners have dogs, those with dog/pet allergies may want to reconsider staying at the property. Note8: Driveway is steep and during winter/snow months will require either a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle (otherwise, guests will have access to a snow shovel). Note9: Javelinas, Deer can be seen on the property; Bears have be seen within the community (bear brochure is in Welcome Book). Do not feed wild animals.
