The formal dining room features a dining table with seating for 10. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a KitchenAid french door refrigerator with a water dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for six. A second eating area is found in the casual dining room through the great room features a breakfast table with seating for six. A game room is located to the left of the entrance and features a Billiards table and basketball hoop. The game room adjoining room features a wine refrigerator, a granite island with three chairs surrounding it, and a two-seater loveseat. Through that room across from the hallway is an office with two desks and three chairs per desk. A fantastic Cinema Room features six theater recliners with a projector and a large screen. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
